This company has been a Ditton client for more than eight years, during which time it has been through several stages of the market cycle and various changes of personnel. Initially, the company was almost wholly reliant on two clients and, when one of them was lost, Ditton had to take the staff through an emergency marketing and sales training exercise. This provided a much broader spread of clients and was successful enough to allow the company to survive the subsequent loss of the other main client.

 

Subsequently, the company achieved significant profits and was sold on to an international media group. Ditton has continued to assist the company under its new owners with such services as sales training for new personnel and exit interviewing when staff were being lost to competitors.
